At the end of your equipment’s lifecycle, Convey Engineering Services can decommission and remove your old equipment from site and dispose of it in a responsible manor in accordance with WEEE legislation.

Preventative Maintenance (PM) servicing doesn’t just enhance the lifespan of regularly used equipment, it enables higher performance and is also essential in minimising unnecessary equipment downtime.

Convey Engineering Services can help you build a PM schedule for your equipment and can then implement this, servicing your equipment using best known techniques in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification.

Where required, all equipment will be calibrated or verified to ensure your device is working efficiently and within the allowable tolerances.

An individual service report and check sheet will be provided for each piece of equipment serviced to ensure customers service records are kept up to date and to allow for auditing and full traceability.

At Convey Engineering Services we know and understand the inconvenience this can cause to a busy working environment. We therefore strive to reduce any equipment downtime by diagnosing and repairing all faults in a timely manner to ensure minimum disruption to your workflow.

A full repair report will be provided upon completion of any repair.

Portable Appliance Test (PAT) testing is an important part of any health & safety policy. It is now a requirement by most insurers that PAT testing is carried out on an annual basis.

PAT testing involves a visual inspection of the equipment and any flexible cables for good condition, and also where required, verification of grounding continuity, and a test of the soundness of insulation between the current carrying parts, and any exposed metal that may be touched.

At Convey Engineering Services we can provide a PAT testing service at competitive rates, by a fully trained and qualified professional. This work can be performed in line with annual Preventative Maintenance services or as a standalone service for all 220v equipment within your building. We also have facilities available to allow PAT testing of 110volt construction/building equipment such as drills, transformers and leads.

All appliances and leads tested will be marked with a clearly visible Pass or Fail sticker and on completion of the testing a full report and certificate will be provided detailing the results of all appliances tested.

We can provide full custom made bespoke wiring looms to suit your specific needs and ECU and engine wiring requirements.
